How does pre-order work?

You place your order and pay in full at checkout. We produce your garment in the current run. Once production is complete, your order ships.

When does Drop 001 ship?

We're targeting [DATE]. We'll keep you updated via email as production progresses.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes — cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the production close date. After that, orders are committed to the run.

What's the sizing like?

All Holix garments are designed with an oversized, fluid fit. We recommend sizing down for a more fitted silhouette. See the Size Guide for measurements.

Where do you ship?

United States and Canada at launch. International shipping opens in phase 2. Rates calculated at checkout.

What currency is the store in?

All prices are in USD.

How do returns work?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered garments. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
